本来电脑上ie  ff 和世界之窗都是可以正常上网的，通过局域网内的代理服务器链接到网络。

然后，我在电脑上用ibm access cennections 建立两个连接，其中一个使用局域网的固定ip上网，另一个适用无线网卡上网。但是这样做了之后，当选择固定ip上网时，世界之窗不能上网了。而ie ff则都可以正常市用的。

在ibm a connection中，有一个“覆盖代理”的设置，他的名字叫做“定制ie或者ff浏览器”，如图片所示。

我想大致原理应该是这样，快速切换倒ibm的这个网络设置后，这里的代理设置会覆盖IE 或者 FF设置中的代理，而忽略浏览器的所有代理设置。（当世界之窗选择使用IE代理时，也应该是覆盖的。）当留空这个覆盖代理设置后，则各个浏览器分别适用自己的代理设置。

但是实际的情况确实，当勾选覆盖后，ie、ff 可以通过ibm连接中设置的覆盖代理上网。但是tw不可以（不管是选择IE代理，还是不使用代理，或者填一个其他可以正确使用的代理服务器。）而去掉ibm快速连接的覆盖代理设置后，世界之窗同样也不能上网，不管选择何种代理设置，这是IE、FF可以上网，使用浏览器指定的代理服务器上网。
