您的adobe reader版本是11.0.0吗？
将adobe reader 11更新为最新版本，应该是11.0.3，就不会再出现此问题了。

所以对于Adobe Reader/Acrobat 11.0.0，是会提示插件过期，需要进行更新的。您只要升级到新版就不会再有此提示了。
