为什么发布的网页和版本显示的不同步？

http://ref.theworld.cn/twen/ 中间显示的是

Last Updates:  21/12/2010 The running speed is substantially increased. It is strongly recommended to upgrade.Update Log  Last version:3.3.0.8

而这里：http://ref.theworld.cn/twen/download.html 显示的是：3.4.0.5 (尽管这个页面中间还是显示的上面那个3.3.0.8)

但最新的版本现在已是3.5.0.2

无心之过？ 还是有意为之？
