Windows XP打了SP2补丁后，在用IE或者IE内核的浏览器打开亚洲语言网页（双字节编码的网页）的时候，某些行会出现乱码，碰到这种情况时只要刷新一下网页，乱码通常就会正常了。

这是SP2的一个瑕疵，微软知识库KB886677中提供了补丁，安装后可以解决这个问题。但在自动更新里一直没有提供。
