Ya,right.In general, if your computer doesn't support java, you need to download the java plug in from java.sun.com . Internet explorer in Windows XP may not be shipped with java installed.

You probably have a firewall on yourside. You may want to select the 1nd check box (firewall support) on the login form so that the client attempt to connect to the server via port 23, which many firewalls don't block.
