google上没有现成的解决办法
几个软件组提供的解决办法就是
1　下载nspr4.dll　这个文件　,该文件也存在于firefox中
2     在程序中把这个信息从错误信息改为调试信息,不影响用户的使用

搜索到的几个不是解决方法的方法,基本上都要在程序中强制忽略这个提示

软件一　An error message: "Error: nspr4.dll doesn't exist..." may be issued which can be safely ignored. It's a trace messages left behind in some of the third party software used by kbforge. It will be removed when the next release of that sofware is issued.
软件二　the good news is that this (指　nspr4.dll doesn't exit　这个信息) will no affect the way the bean work
the bad news is that we can do nothing about it currently
软件三　Hi,
That's just a hint and will not affect your app result and we'll change that to trace info instead of error info. thanks!

我系统中找到这个文件,是在　C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox　(火狐),不在system32这个系统文件目录中
如果确定不需要这个文件,可以在系统中放上一个nspr4.dll,然后用命令行反安装 regsvr32 /u nspr4.dll,再删除nspr4.dll,也许就能解决了

原来使用快车都没有这个问题，刚装了2.0b5就出现了这个问题。

快车的问题。关掉快车就不会出现。一开启就来了
