为啥用了IE7.0RC1却不能访问live.com？ live, 访问

这是我个人的问题还是大家都有此问题？

在IE7.0RC1地址栏输入http://www.live.com第一次没上去，在Google里搜后点击进入正常，关闭IE7再开，手工输入也可进入，一切正常。可能当时你的网络速度较慢造成的。想上个图，可能权限不够没找着上传图的地方
