适合于以ie6为内核的浏览器，如世界之窗浏览器2.0版 3.0版。
适合于绝大部分div+css网页布局、table+div+css布局的网页。
适用于百度Google查询资料，新浪新闻网、网易新闻网、QQ邮箱、gmail邮箱，chm资料文档等等。但在阅读QQ空间、百度空间时会替换掉原来的皮肤背景。在使用Google阅读器、Google文档、有道阅读器时，不会屏蔽掉阅读频道前的图标和各种小图标，如收藏、标签、等等。不至于显得网页“呆板”
原理：首先屏蔽掉大块的背景图片，但保留小图标，小图片的显示，如li元素和span元素下的背景图片。把大部分的背景色设置为透明色。然后重新自定义背景色。再对文本字体和链接字体进行根据背景色重新设置，统一文本字体和链接字体的颜色
设置背景的方法步骤：
internet选项 → 辅助功能，勾选√“使用样式表编排文档格式”选项，单击浏览，选择css文件，确定，就行了。不要的时候，去掉前面的"√"，确定，即可快速切换。

呃，个人感觉，电脑上的绿色，并不能保护眼睛

呵呵，我用的CRT显示器，使用效果倒是比较好。如果不适应这种亮度，可以把green.css代码中的rgb(0,200,10)替换成rgb(0,180,10)，亮度会减弱些。要不用灰色背景版试试，该灰色适应性较强!

白底黑字,晚上浅灰底黑字感觉好些

其实显示器上是灰色和淡肉色或者淡黄绿色比较省眼了。

呵呵，说保护眼睛只是一个虚头。只是希望需要的时候换换背景也会有不同的感受罢了。^_^
黑色或许有安静的感觉。下面的是纯黑色背景版。不妨试试，就当是换换心情好了。O(∩_∩)O~
