My throat hurts me these days.

这几天我嗓子疼。

　　挺简单的一句话，只是表达方式和汉语有些细小的差别。汉语中的这句话，“疼”成了一个不及物动词，而英语中使用hurt表达“嗓子疼”，需要跟一个自反的宾语“me”。如果没有这个介词宾语，只说“My throat hurts.”就会产生“嗓子受伤了”之类的理解歧异。
　　这句中，使用的仍然只是动词hurt的原意“To cause physical damage or pain to; injure”（引起身体的损坏或疼痛；伤害）。
