Hello everyone!

I was waiting for a new version of theworld because i like the speed and easy to use. Its probably the fastest browser at the moment. Hoever i still have the same issue as in version 6.

When i play a video in youtube i get this error :

Anyone knows how to fix it? I need to do a lot of refresh in order to work.

I deleted the ppflash folder but the same issue happens.

ok, I think you need to update your Flash Player plug-in to a newer version, or you can download Theworld 6, 7 or 8(The lite & non install version of 36*Chrome,  optimized by Miao, do you konw Miao?) from the address as follows :

Miao(in chinese we call her: 喵帕斯), she has almost mastered the technique of Theworld series. you can ask her any questions about TW. ok？

If you want to update FP for TW6 only, please follow several steps as below:

1, uninstall the old version of FP (maybe it's not necessary to do);
2,visit the website www.adobe.com, click successively MENU - Adobe Flash Player - The others computer need FP... - then please select your Window Edition, FP ** for Firefox, unselect the option to install McAfee in the middle column unless you need - Download and Install...
3, copy NPSWF32_22_0_0_209.dll (e.g. version No. maybe is difference, in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\) to other dir and rename it  to
    gcswf32.dll
4, replace gcswf32.dll in subdir(X:\...\TheWorld6\Application\6.2.0.128\) of your TW6 with the newer version.

Ok, enjoy TW6! when you watch video, right-click in the playing window, it will popup a menu and show the version number of FP.Don't hesitate to tell us if you have a problem.

Problem is HTML 5 Player on youtube. It doesn't work . You need to click refresh in order to use flash player.

However I searched for miao and theworld8 and found this link : http://bbs.theworld.cn/viewthrea ... p;extra=&page=1

Is this the THEWORLD8 ? Now it works great! YouTube works ok now, its html5 player its working.

In Chineese:

问题是HTML5播放器在YouTube上。它不工作。你需要点击才能使用Flash Player的更新。

Yes, Theworld8 is the lite & non install version of 36*Chrome 8.7.0.112,  optimized by Miao.

I use Win10 x64 Enterprise En+TW8 too.

One last question. How can i change the theme? I followed the instructions but couldn't make it. I put the skin file in Default/Skin Directory but it didn't change. Do i need an extension ?

You can select anyone skin first and remember the filename, then close TW8, rename your skin filename to the same name you selected before and replace it.

    There's no further news released about the next update. In my opinion, you have to wait at least 1 year for it as it's kind of an annually work for the dev team to do so.

    Here's a solution which isn't guaranteed to solve your case. Access the following link and disable html5 as your youtube's default player. then see whether the videos can be played functionally.
