this soft is named TheWorld.

But all it care is Chinese user, local user. Your country is not all TheWorld, let's think about it .

The most simple thing is building language files. They don't have, or never develope it. Until now, TW version 1->TW version 2->TW version 3.4RC .

IF all of you visit english forum, you 'll know all.
THere is a ghost house, noone answered any questions for a year, beside a hundreds of questions.
Last 4or 5 month to last week, TheWorld English version can be found on the Download page is 3.2.0.9, so poor for very long time.

that forum poor like a dead room. -> it's named TheWOrld, but it worlked like a local ware.

so poor, so sad. i hope it better in relationship to the world user!

Yes, I confess that there are mistakes on the homepage and the forum in English has not been arranged by the authority for a long time. However, the last English version you can find is TW3.3.0.8. The English and Chinese versions are simultaneous.
