[问题求助] 【Javascript】怎么打开？？？ Javascript

现在我的情况非常棘手
我已经安装了最新版flash player
也根据网上提供的一些帮助，把internet选项里的设置修改了一下
但是浏览某些网站还是会出现
You either have Javascript turned off or you do not have the latest version of the Flash player.
Go here to get the latest version.意思就是你没有打开Javascript或者没有最新版Flash player。

最新版我是肯定下载了，应该就是没有打开Javascript
我的电脑以前是可以看那个网的
后来不知为什么就不行了
或许还有什么设置不对
还是？？？？？？？？？
