我们在学校使用锐捷拨号上网，今天听一同学说用一段代码 就可以省了锐捷拨号。（每月省60元啊）
      他说他只能写基于vista下的。。说xp 没这个漏洞。。。
      但我装的是xp  我相信网上还有更高的高手。。所以来网上求助了。。
