和网络收藏夹一样强大的功能，网络保存备份，操作习惯theworld.ini

刚刚扫了无边无际的这个帖子，突然想到的。
网络收藏夹不算有新意，如果把操作习惯也备份到网络上，不就能真正的绕着地球跑了？哈哈哈，多好啊。不知道这个功能实现了没有。

插件文件太大，皮肤确实也可以。好主意。:ding:
