TW2.0访问不了网站！！！

今天刚下载的TW2.0，我的是win2k，KIS6.0

世界之窗浏览器
版本：2.0.0.9
凤凰工作室版权所有(2004-2006)

不知道什么原因，访问好多网站都不行，显示的消息如下：

是不是防火墙里把TW禁止访问网络了?

KIS6.0的版本号多少？是不是411版本？
尝试下关闭KIS6.0网络选项里的80端口监控在看看。
尝试下关闭KIS6.0的反黑客看看。

我把卡巴卸载了，换了瑞星防火墙，还是打不开，输入地址后，内容窗口是一片空白。
把防火墙关闭之后，google变成下面的内容：
个性化主页 | 登录
