4.3.0.102版本在外部调用时会打开新窗口

之前的版本出现过这样的问题，4.2.0.102没有这样的问题，现在新版又出来了，是问题还是我哪设置的不对？

    什么外部调用？？？

    比如点qq面板上的邮箱，会在新窗口中打开qq邮箱而不是在已打开的窗口中打开。

分别在 xp  win7 下试了一下，无此问题。
